Samantha is a qualified and accredited therapist in London, and has specialised in the treatment of individuals living with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and intimacy issues, sexually compulsive behaviours and addictive disorders.

Samantha is trained and experienced in working with cognitive behavioural therapy, facilitating interpersonal group therapy, the 12-Step Program, relapse prevention and harm reduction, working with families and significant others, dual diagnosis and complex needs.

From delivering residential treatment programmes in a leading psychiatric hospital to an outpatient programme for a charitable organisation, Samantha’s experience encompasses a broad range of clients, including offenders and the homeless.

Samantha trained with Action on Addiction and the University of Bath and has an Addictions Counselling FdSc accredited by FDAP. She holds an ISAT Diploma in Sex Addiction and is a member of both COSRT and ATSAC. Samantha qualified in Experiential and Psychodrama Training Methods from Onsite, Tennessee. She is qualified as an EMDR Practitioner Level 1-4 from Worcester University has her Teacher Training Qualification in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from The Oxford University Mindfulness Centre and is a Certified Heart Math Coach.
