“I truly believe the only way we can create global peace is through not only educating our minds, but our hearts and our souls.”
Samantha's Values
"My values of empowerment, authenticity, independence, creativity, growth, and respect serve as guiding principles that shape my approach to work, interactions with others, and pursuit of personal and professional development.
Embracing empowerment allows me to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability, empowering both myself, clients, and my colleagues to take ownership and initiative in our endeavours. Authenticity enables me to build genuine connections, establish credibility, and cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and team members.
Valuing independence enables me to take initiative, make informed decisions, and pursue opportunities for innovation and growth. Creativity fuels my ability to think outside the box, solve complex problems, and contribute innovative solutions to challenges.
Prioritising growth ensures that I continually seek opportunities for learning, skill development, and professional advancement, allowing me to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving professional landscape. Finally, respect underpins all my interactions, fostering a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and mutual understanding, where diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone feels respected and valued.
Together, these values shape my professional ethos and guide my journey towards meaningful achievement, fulfilment, and positive impact in my career.”
Samantha believes in giving back to the community, helping those in need, making a positive impact, and aligning with causes connected to her areas of work but also that resonate with her values. Her passion for supporting charities aligning to her fields of work stems from a desire to leverage her skills and resources to make a meaningful difference in society, in areas related to her profession.
The Umbrella Project 2024
The Umbrella Project is an initiative of the ADHD Foundation that seeks to bring awareness of neurodiversity by setting up uplifting displays of brightly coloured umbrellas suspended above streets and public spaces. For each installation, local schoolchildren take part in decorating the umbrellas with their gifts, talents and abilities.
The ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity is the UK’s leading neurodiversity charity, offering a strength-based, lifespan service for the 1 in 5 of us who live with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, DCD, dyscalculia, OCD, Tourette’s Syndrome and all other neurodevelopmental conditions.
Please contact Samantha to discuss how you can explore possibilities to sponsor your own umbrella project.
